DESIGN NARRATIVE
The project resembles neoclassical architecture. Neoclassical is a combination of “new” and “classical” that is new yet with an old-world charm of their own. It’s a Building that reflects elegance and heritage with a subtle dash of modernity in the neoclassical style.
Elaborate pillars adorned with ornamental motifs. Derived from Palladian architecture, it has references to classical Greek and Roman architecture. Columns were earlier used to carry the weight of the building’s structure but are now used as a graphic element to lend the building an air of importance. While high elevation makes the buildings look massive and towering, at the same time it lends them an uncluttered appearance. The exterior architectural designs depict monumental elegance. This design speaks for power and authority and needless to say, luxury.
